The Nissan Sustainability Grant Kick-Off Build
On February 2, 2012, Southern Crescent partnered with Nissan America, their employees, dealers and driver owners at our Avery subdivision to begin a new 3.0 Energy Star home. We would like to thank Nissan for this opportunity as well as the brand new Nissan Frontier that was donated to our affiliate!

Concert & Dinner Event
Thank you all for a very successful event. We are deeply indebted to the wonderful youth of the choir, their manager and director, and Carrabba's for their incredible support!
Special Thank You to Wells Fargo
We are incredibly grateful to Wells Fargo for continuing our NRI program by rewarding our affiliate with a grant to be used in Henry and Clayton counties to revitalize existing neighborhoods.
Last year through our NRI program sponsored by Wells Fargo, we were able to revitalize 70 homes in an at risk Clayton County community. These homes received energy efficient upgrades, weatherization, and minor exterior repairs and home maintenance.
This program is designed to slow foreclosure rates and impact existing homeowners in a full scope effort to stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods. All of the participants take 6 hours of home maintenance and financial education classes.
