Our Veteran Services

Home Repair 

Our home repair program is for veterans who are current homeowners.  Services include improving accessibility, safety and health issues in the home.

Qualifications include:

  • Ability to pay 5% of the home repair costs.*
  • Complete 20-60 hours of “sweat equity” (volunteer hours in the office or on the construction site).
  • Attend 8 hours of education classes to include financial and home maintenance.
  • Must make between 30-80% of the area’s average income.

*Senior veterans age 50 and up are not required to pay back any of the costs.

Homeowner Education 

We offer free financial education, home maintenance and general life skills classes that are offered to all veterans.
