Sponsorships

Sponsorships are critically important to our ability to serve low income families. Without generous and committed sponsors we could not do what we do. Our partners and donors will tell you that their lives have been enriched by the experience of supporting a hard working low-income family.

Companies benefit from the opportunity to involve their employees in positive team-building activities. They also enjoy increased visibility in the community and a boost in employee morale. Churches benefit from the opportunity to put their faith into action and their participants create community on a deeper level. Many organizations gain a better understanding of affordable housing issues and are inspired to take action

Sponsorship Opportunities

Full House Sponsorship – $150,000+

This allows the sponsoring group to provide all the funds and volunteers necessary to change the life of one low-income family by building their house. Typically, the sponsoring organization provides approximately 25-30 volunteers – for each of the 16-20 workdays –  to work alongside a future homeowner as they build their Habitat house from the ground up. We’re happy to identify other volunteer groups if the house sponsor chooses not to utilize all the volunteer opportunities. We also have a development team that can assist you in creative fundraising strategies.  Additional benefits included in a full house sponsorship include:

    • Opportunity to present keys to the family at the home dedication.
    • Exclusive “Thank You” ad in local newspaper or magazine.
    • Invitation to a private reception or get together to meet the Habitat homeowner the house will be built for.
    • Build time – as determined by sponsor.
    • Company/Organization name on monument signage on build site.
    • Thank you recognition in high-circulation SCHFH publications.
    • Professional photography of build time.
    • Professional video highlighting partnership.
    • Acknowledgement on SCHFH web site

    • Build time – determined by partnering groups.
    • Thank you recognition in high-circulation SCHFH publications.
