Our Homeowner Education Plus Program provides a wide range of educational opportunities. This program helps prepare people for homeownership, current homeowners maximize their living situations, and helps all participants gain a better understanding of core life skills like money management, planning, insurance, credit, and much more. This is an important part of our housing services.
Our Homeownership Program is a unique opportunity for qualified hard working families to own an attractive affordable home for much less than most already pay for rent. More than 150 families in our community are already Habitat homeowners and a part of our innovative and life changing program. They met the qualifications for participation, completed sweat equity hours, education classes, and more.
Our Home Repair Program assists current homeowners to better maintain their homes, increase energy efficiency, and respond to critical home repair needs. We have special assistance available for senior adults and veterans.
