Volunteering with the Affiliate
Volunteering with Habitat is a rewarding, fun, hands-on opportunity for individuals and groups to make a difference and build skills, relationships and community. No experience is required! New volunteers will be coached by experienced volunteers and staff.
There are many different ways you can volunteer with us that include both construction and non-construction opportunities. We have opportunities that are geared for individuals and groups, businesses and corporations, churches, schools, and more. To learn more please complete the form below and our Volunteer Coordinator will follow up with you. You can also contact Kiera Dunn at 770.477.2367 or volunteer@schabitat.org
Interested in volunteering with us on a regular basis? Well you can sign up today to join our regular/flex volunteer groups. These are volunteers who are available to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Volunteers who are a part of our regular and flex groups get more hands on experience with our projects and volunteer lead training to assist us with other volunteer groups. Please email our Volunteer Coordinator for more information at volunteer@schabitat.org.
Volunteering with the Restore
The SCHFH ReStore helps to support the mission of Habitat for Humanity in Henry, Clayton and Fayette counties by selling donated building materials and home furnishings to fund our homeownership program. ReStore volunteers support the vision of safe, decent and affordable housing for families in our neighborhood and around the world. Join us for a fun day of greeting customers, donation intake, cleaning, and merchandising! If you are interested, you can click the link or call our office at (678) 782-5111.
