After 38 years of building homes, communities, and hope across South Metro Atlanta, Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity is proud to expand our mission into Newton County.

As we kick off our 40th anniversary year, we’re beginning with a powerful commitment — providing critical home repairs for income-qualified veterans right here in Newton County.

Our Veterans Home Repair Program is made possible thanks to the generosity of donors and partners who believe that those who served our country deserve safe, stable homes. From roof repairs and accessibility upgrades to essential aging in place upgrades, these repairs help families stay in the homes they’ve worked so hard for.

But we’re just getting started.

Our long-term vision is to bring Habitat’s full toolbox of housing solutions to Newton County — from new home construction and homebuyer education to critical repairs and community revitalization projects.

To make that vision a reality, we need the community’s help.
